Can users ask questions about business performance directly in Chinese?
Yes. MaSe for ChatGPT lets users query authorised business data in natural Chinese, such as revenue trends, client spending, service performance, and staff performance, without first exporting and checking multiple reports. The response scope depends on the current permissions and the data available in the system.
What is required to use MaSe for ChatGPT?
The business needs usable MaSe data, the appropriate data access permissions, and a completed connection authorisation. MaSe provides queryable data only within the authorised scope; connecting ChatGPT does not automatically expose all business information. Account requirements and current supported capabilities are explained during setup.
Are answers still accurate if business records are incomplete?
Answers are based on the data currently available in MaSe. Missing, delayed, or inconsistent entries can affect the result. Consistent recording of appointments, transactions, and client information makes business analysis more useful, while important decisions should still be checked against source records and actual business conditions.
